RETURNS & SHIPPING

POLICY

All pieces made in D-HAENE studio are individually hand made in Brooklyn, New York.  

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces; slight variations are to be expected on limited batch pieces.

RETURNS

All pieces are hand built with care.  We do not accept any returns unless it arrived damaged due to shipping.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at

info@d-haene.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items, FURNITURE, LIGHTING, OBJECT CATEGORIES and special orders are final sale.

Gift card can not be returned.

SHIPPING

U. S SHIPPING

D-HAENE STUDIO utilizes UPS for all U.S. Shipping.

UPS GROUND:

Calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. For ground service customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

UPS 2nd DAY & UPS NEXT DAY:

For all 2nd Day & Next Day orders a calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. Orders with express delivery will ship same day if placed by 2pm EST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST on regular business days, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped FedEx.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
